How long does shipping take?
We offer standard delivery within 3-5 working days and an express next-day delivery option for orders placed before 2 PM Monday through Thursday.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, BEERHUNTER only ships within the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international craft beer enthusiasts in the near future.
What happens if a bottle breaks during transit?
We use reinforced, eco-friendly packaging to prevent breakage, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours with a photo for a full refund or replacement.
Is an age verification required?
Yes. By law, you must be 18 or older to purchase alcohol. Our couriers operate a 'Challenge 25' policy and may request a valid ID upon delivery.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link from our courier partner so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
What payment methods do you accept?
